Refunds: the policy
A listing or Featured spot is final once paid. A take-down by our decision or mistake is refunded in full; a take-down for breaking the rules is not.

Payments are final
Once a payment for a directory listing or a Featured spot goes through, it is final, as the terms say. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
If we take it down
When the team takes down a paid listing, they record one of two reasons, and each has a set outcome:
- Our decision or our mistake: all you paid for it goes back to the original payment method automatically, with a credit note.
- It broke the terms or the acceptable use policy: no refund, in full or in part. What was bought for it comes off the site and you are told why.
Crypto refunds are sent by hand, once you give us a wallet address.
Disputes and chargebacks
While a payment is disputed or reversed, what that order bought is taken down. If the dispute is settled in our favour, it can be put back.
