Updated
Change your sign-in email
Open /account/email and enter the new address with your password. We email both the old and the new address, and the change happens once you press the button in both emails. Other browsers are then signed out. If you can no longer open the old inbox, send a request from /help and we check it is you.
Download your data
At /account/privacy one button makes a zip file of everything tied to your account: a readable summary, the data itself in JSON, and your invoices.
Close your account
Also at /account/privacy: choose Close your account. The page lists what will be removed and what is kept before anything happens, and you confirm with your sign-in email and password. Closing removes your personal data and signs you out everywhere, and it cannot be undone. Paid listings are not refunded; your statutory rights are not affected. Invoices are kept for as long as the law requires, and /privacy explains how personal data is handled.
Emails from us
Each notice email has an unsubscribe link for that kind of notice, and /account/notifications sets the rest.
